the perfect scrambled eggs

This isn't exactly a top-secret recipe, but it's my favourite way to make ultra-fluffy eggs and I hope you enjoy it too!

What you need:

1 egg (or however many you like)
1 tbsp plain greek yogurt (1 egg: 1 tbsp yogurt)
1 tbsp Classico bruschetta
Fresh asiago
Salt & pepper

Beat eggs, yogurt, salt & pepper until smooth & creamy. Melt butter over medium-high heat, pour in eggs & stir frequently. Once eggs begin to fluff, add bruschetta, stir. When desired consistency is reached, turn off heat & sprinkle (generously!) with asiago. Serve over english muffin (or as desired).
