easy green smoothie

If you're looking to save time, and maybe lose some baby weight like me, this healthy & delicious recipe is for you! I chopped up these fruits and veggies before having the baby and threw them in individual freezer bags - that way they're ready to throw in the blender whenever I need a snack! This has turned out to be super convenient in between feedings and diaper changes! 😜

For 1 smoothie you'll need: 

• handful baby spinach
• handful baby kale
• 3 celery stalks
• 1/2 cup cucumber
• 1/2 cup pineapple
• 1/2 apple

Chop the above, bag & freeze. To blend, add a squeeze of lemon and a cup of coconut water (or regular water). Enjoy! 😊
